About PsyAccess

Verified directory of licensed psychedelic medicine providers in Europe. We exist to answer one question honestly: where can a patient in Europe legally access regulated psychedelic and esketamine treatment — and can that listing be trusted?

What this directory is

PsyAccess is an independent, informational directory. We collect providers of regulated psychedelic medicine from official sources — national payer lists, healthcare-entity registers and public trial registries — and publish each record with its registry entry, a link to the primary source and a visible last verified date. We are not a healthcare provider, we do not deliver treatment, and we do not give medical advice.

The verification mission

Most listings in this field are marketing. Ours are registry checks: we never rely on a provider's own website alone, every record names the registry it was checked against, and anything we cannot confirm is labeled — never hidden. Records are re-verified on a rolling cadence, and listing is free: inclusion is determined solely by registry verification, not by payment. The full process, including status definitions and the re-check schedule, is documented in our verification methodology.

What we list

The directory covers four provider segments:

Spravato® (esketamine) centers

Certified centers administering esketamine nasal spray for treatment-resistant depression under medical supervision, usually within reimbursement programs.

Ketamine & KAP clinics

Licensed clinics offering ketamine infusions or ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), typically in the private market with per-session pricing.

Clinical trial sites

Hospital and research sites recruiting participants for regulated psilocybin, MDMA and related studies — often the only legal access route for classic psychedelics.

Psychedelic-assisted therapy (PAT)

Programs delivering psychedelic-assisted therapy under national exemption or authorization schemes (e.g. Swiss limited medical use).

The editorial team

Guides and country explainers are written by the PsyAccess editorial team and fact-checked against primary regulatory sources, which are cited in each guide's Sources section. Clinical review of the guides is scheduled; until it is complete, every guide carries an honest "clinical review: scheduled" status instead of an invented reviewer. Corrections are welcome — see the contact page.

Part of the Pink Elephant group

PsyAccess is operated by Pink Elephant, Unipessoal Lda, and is part of the Pink Elephant group of projects in psychedelic and mental health care. Verification standards and registry monitoring are operated by the PsyStandard team within the group. We state this affiliation openly on every page — you should always know who runs a health-information site. Legal details are on the imprint page.

What we are not

We are an informational service, not a medical one. Listings and eligibility self-assessments do not replace a consultation with a qualified clinician, and the formal eligibility decision always happens with the treating provider. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services immediately.
